Not complaining, but

Another day stuck at home going rather good.
Kids homeschooling, Al finally focused.

I miss my regular swimming and yoga classes.
I miss being around people and enjoying Spring weather fully.
I'm sure you do too and somehow managing the situation as much as you can :)

Today I'm serving cream of tomato soup, which is more thick (I've added more fresh tomatoes less water), made a quick and super yummy Paste of White Bean with Dates and spices on a rye bread.
I was chatting to my best pal Jo and she gave me that idea, she made delicious paste yesterday.
