I was told a couple of years ago that I need new knees. Not fancying that, I’ve been working with a personal trainer on strengthening knees and then legs and now core. He was already developing ideas for providing “distance fitness” before all this blew up. So I now see him twice a week on Skype. I have a bench, these amazing adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands and a Swiss ball - fully equipped! And my knees are great
