Levitating Kitten

Braved the supermarket today and.... It was fine...

One of my good friends is technically in the vulnerable group (got a letter and everything) as his condition is considered auto-immune (though it's a little understood neurological thing, so it's possibly in the list more as a precaution). In any event, he's also been trying to shake off a chest infection for a while, and added to that he's in a wheelchair, and that promised support for vulnerable people? Yeah, welcome to reality.

Popped to the big Asda for 9 (after the 1 hour key worker only period) and there were a reasonable number of people in, the majority being sensible, and I got everything except kale (a lucky escape really) and Guinness (the alcohol aisle was closed). Two birds with one stone, managed to get some things that we needed as well (including rice, though there was lots of that now). Dropped that off at lunchtime, in amongst a day of conference calls with (very) occasional bouts of actually working.

I think I've only got two calls tomorrow, so I might be able to weed out the inbox a bit and start eating into the massive to-do list. This working from home couldn't be further from a holiday that others seem to be treating it at the moment (though our official guidance is very sensible in terms of making your work day work for you, so being able to rejig your hours somewhat, hence my 9am shopping trip being fine cos I logged on at 7.30 (and last week had a couple of nights beyond midnight, and back on before 7 the following day - so I'm not gonna feel guilty)).

Need some better light for some flying Harris photos - get him nice and sharp and not noisy.
