Lock down ..... day 17..... Spain

Applause.... at 8 p.m.
We happened to be at Benidorm Clinic,
tonight at 8 p.m......
my husband is a patient receiving daily radiotherapy treatment
It was heartwarming to see the spontaneous applause from neighbours in apartments close by.....
there was waving, music, flag flying , and a general
‘Mini fiesta’.....
hospital staff came out on to the street to acknowledge the applause.....
a police car stopped in the middle of the empty street, the officers got out to acknowledge the neighbours ...

this is Spain ...in the Virus crisis.....
