Ageing....

... but beautifully and elegantly and I don’t want to disturb them just yet.

We went shopping first thing. I haven’t been in side a shop for a week and it felt strange and I was in a hurry to leave. My packing was atrocious! Fortunately the grapes got home intact. D came too but they wouldn’t let us go to the self-serve pay tills together. They said soon only one shopper per family at a time allowed in.

I did my run. Next time I must take photos when I’ve finished. The route I’ve chosen is by some really nice houses and gardens, great distraction though I’m enjoying the runs.

M asked me for FaceTime with S this afternoon. Some art task as she’d worked hard earlier. I got a watercolour thingy ready.. we ended up using felt tips and her ideas. She has a habit of doing that..But all good.

Oh, I’ve started knitting a cardigan for Esmée. My order of threads and bias binding for the Haiti dresses should arrive soon. And this evening we’ve watched a great programme on the music and bands that played in the late 50’s, early 60’s at Eel Pie Island, Twickenham. A great watch!
