Sunshine and showers

This pattern on the lid of a box caught my eye as I put it into the recycling box!  I thought it looked like a 1970s kitchen tile.  

It has been a day of sunshine and cloud with a few showers.  The wind has dropped thankfully.  After I finished work I took Merlin out for his walk - again around the village. We started doing a little jog in places, so we will see if we can jog for a little longer each day.  I've also started running up and down the stairs to try to keep fit!
