Reaching the heights

One the the early big jobs in our garden is pollarding the three lime trees.

Felt like a real achievement to get this done, and we had fun in the warm sunshine with various ladders and implements.

We also provided plenty of entertainment for the neighbours - now they can't get out and about at least they can watch the drama of us climbing in trees. Would one of us fall? ;-) Thankfully not.
