Sunday bread

This version of sourdough bread was a two day process. Not more work, just takes planning ahead. Since it made two loaves, I delivered one to my neighbor. Her eyes lit up and she asked if she had to share it - she meant with her husband and daughter. Since it was still warm I am sure they could smell it.

Other than finishing up the bread and baking it, I barely left the couch. No cornavirus type symptoms, just not feeling well. Hope to be back to full health tomorrow.
