Rainbow Garden

It has been a mixed day weather-wise. Sun, rain, snow, sleet, hail, sun, cold...

At some point in the afternoon I was challenged by a friend to go out into my garden there and then to find flowers with the 7 colours of the 'I can sing the rainbow' song, red and yellow and pink and green, purple and orange and blue.

I didn't think I would have a chance, not hard for her as she owns a plant nursery! It was aimed at showing our support for the NHS. 

Surprisingly I managed to find all but pink in my front garden (if you allow for the very dark blue of the sweet box plant). The pink one is leftover from last years bedding and shouldn't have survived the winter.
