Sunday

Breakfast then meditation.
I then got a surge of energy and I started cleaning. 

Mum had text to say that I had forgot to buy bananas yesterday for her. I thought I'd head for Asda as I also wanted paint for art therapy on Tuesday. But the art/craft area was stripped! Desperate parents keeping their kids occupied. Got the bananas, then walked to Mum's. 

I stopped at the harbour watching the tide come in. I always think this boat is going to topple when I see it like this.
