I didn’t really feel like it but was glad I did.

This lad trains with his rowing club five days a week...need to be creative in ways to use up all that surplus energy just now.

He did a good job of cleaning the kitchen today.

Grateful for a wee run and for the selfie..,honoured indeed that he deemed to have a photo taken with his auld Maw.
