The way to the good stuff

Alpe du Bardon has dried out really well but the trails are really rough. Got a great workout on the fully rigid stooge.

Just before I went out we had a hawk in our garden. Sat on the gate looking at the chickens. I ran down the garden shouting at it. Worried we may lose a hen to it, if it comes back.

J had a ride this morning. Kids had a lie in and spent the day playing. Roast for tea.
