One more time....

This is normally the smoking section of this city centre bar, but, as you can see, the shutters are down. To me it's one of these strange modern places where, on arrival at the bar, the young barman says; 'Are you okay?' I answer, 'Yes thank you,' and he proceeds to ignore me. To me it is obvious that a person standing at a bar is trying to order a drink. But maybe not.
