More Clouds

A fabulous sky again early today - heavy clouds with sun rays poking through. There were plenty of showers coming out of this lot - although they are not really showing up on here. We took a slightly different route today and we are also avoiding paths/alleys where it would not be possible to observe the 2 metre rule if we encountered any one.

Long expected food delivery arrived today (Morrison’s) - only two items out of stock and three substitutes - two of which were returned. All fresh / frozen stuff sanitised with dilute bleach before bringing in the house. The rest - cans, jars, packets etc. - are in isolation in the garage and will remain untouched for three days. We got some eggs and frozen veg too(!)

So we have enough for at least a couple of weeks now…although we may need to source some fruit locally! Next job is to try and book another slot….

We have measured a little walk around our patio and the garden at the side - around 80 steps per lap - so 12 laps (plus a bit) will yield approx 1000 steps. Trying to do this a couple of times a day, which together with about 6000 steps from dog walking and some pottering about is just about keeping up 10,000 a day.
