The Crocuses Are Having Pups!

Both the crocus flowers I blipped the other day have new flower buds growing from their roots.

Lockdown Day 4: New Zealand’s first Covid-19 death occurred today. This seems to raise the threat a notch or two. It was inevitable I guess, but we hoped it wouldn’t happen here.

Today has been so quiet. Usually Sunday afternoons are very noisy as thousands of weekenders return home. Even the cool damp weather that we’ve been having doesn’t deter them.
