North to South

A stunning day for the ferry crossing from Wellington to Picton. Sunshine and blue skies. We stayed on the sun deck virtually the whole time, just absorbing the views as the Interislander made its way through Cook Strait and Queen Charlotte Sound.

We are now on the East coast of South Island. We have the most wonderful apartment, just outside Kaikoura and this is where we are settling for a few days.

Blipbear has made the crossing and is preparing himself for some adventures by the sea and for all the blipmeets he will have over the next weekend.
