Out of the canyon

Just after midnite, driving out of Tijeras canyon into Albuquerque. The city looks much more pleasant from here than in the midst of it, although the reality of living life there isn't seen from this distance. It's a trade-off sometimes.

Today I like the distance.

This day, for some reason, I feel truly grateful for having run across Blipfoto and the wonderful photographer/philosophers I have enjoyed admiring and learning from. Many, many thanks to you all for making my life brighter every day (and many others as well!).
