Orange bicyclist...

I paused to photograph the fine blossoming Cherry trees along the waterfront as a fellow on an orange bike rode past waving a finger in the air and announcing, “As President Franklin D. Roosevelt once said, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.”  The words are from Roosevelt's Inaugual Address at the height of the Great Drepression. We could use someone with his character and intelligence leading our country at this juncture. 
I was en route on my bicycle across town to wave to Kendall on the 10th floor of her apartment building from the sidewalk below, but the person who ended up waving at me from high in the building wasn't Kendall at all!! (which I learned some hours later!)
