Ely Cathedral

The last time I will be here for a while I think. Whole staff meeting at the end of the day laid out our planning for the emerging coronavirus situation next week with changes happening daily to reduce the risk to members of the school community. We may be in for a lengthy school closure. Strange times. Headed to King's Lynn for the last social event for a while I think - a Felicity Aston lecture in the Guildhall on her trip to the North Pole. We are due to welcome Felicity into school in a few weeks but I'm not sure she will be coming in. Plenty of room in the theatre to spread out, then over to the Duke's Head hotel with a colleague to have a few drinks and discuss how the world was going to change.
