Keeping in touch

Today we had a long Whatsapp chat with LW and his Mum and Dad.  During the call he appeared beside his Mummy dressed as Capt..America, then Batman, then a skeleton, it was all very entertaining.  
I set up a home gym today and had a good workout to myself and felt the better for it.
