Best wood filler?

Judging by the way it sticks to my fingers and survives an anti-Covid 19 hand wash it should be OK on the boat!
Into the ‘fill, sand, check, repeat’ process.
Will see tomorrow how effective the first day has been.
Just glad I am not trying to bright finish the inside of the hull.
