Coffee cake

Yesterday evening I was busy baking.
Made a Dorset apple cake and a coffee cake.
Followers on other social media will be all too aware of this!

Have to say the coffee cake is the best I have ever baked, this time used a recipe off the Interweb which I would recommend. The mix was a lot runnier than I am used to but this gave the cake a super high rise and is really light.
