Cock-tail

Most definitely a week where a Friday night cocktail felt not only justified, but needed. And really it's not complete without a vintage silver cockerel cocktail stick.... (Martinez is supposed to have an orange twist as a garnish, but the recipe I like - and there are multiple versions - has some maraschino liqueur in it, so I like putting a maraschino cherry in, and getting the orange through some homemade orange bitters)
