Im and I took our walk (/run /jump) around Seven Islands Pond on Mitcham Common. It is our closest common (along with Streatham), but I'd only previously explored the end by Mitcham itself (with Three Kings Pond) and was surprised to see how wild and open the middle was. It reminded me of Richmond Park!
The light was warm and bright, and I mostly photographed the hordes of Canada geese, but also caught a little grebe, a bumble bee on some of the abundant gorse, and Im being rather more active than I was...
