The sun came out , Susan and I headed up the mountain for a happy and fun ride , the forest was beautiful and the views stunning . We didn’t know it but that was the end for us riding out for who knows how long. Ireland announced this eve we are to stay at home for 2 weeks , only allowed out for essentials, individual brief exercise . It was obvious it was coming but it’s still shocking . Face time with my mum, she’s great. She tells me dad received a letter from NHS advising him he’s extremely high risk and is not to go out at all, only house and garden . I’m up late , can’t sleep .
