Fridge

I went for an exercise walk along the river valley below where I live. As well as this fridge I also found a shopping trolley in the river, dozens of empty lager cans, plastic sheeting, a wrecked umbrella, enough crisp/sweet/fast food packaging to fill several skips and worst of all uncountable numbers of dog poo bags, full and tied up, but hung on branches, thrown in the river and generally discarded on the paths. Why?
