Sometime over the weekend I'm going to be using the pressure-cooker to revamp this year's marmalade which turned out too bitter, too dark & too stiff & quite rightly won no award.

Decided to make a new batch using these (extra) wee blood oranges - mix the old & the new & see what happens?
