O wert thou in the cauld blast?

There's a pretty cold blast up here in the Sierra Nevada!

We came up in convoy after school today. 11 of us, some virgin skiers and some very experienced. And some in between like me.

We had a wonderful supper in a local hostelry. We celebrated Burns night with a few toasts and now all is quiet as we prepare for an early start tomorrow.

There is a lot of snow. Not like what you've got. Talking 16 feet of the stuff!! Should be good skiing.
