Things may be a little hard now

Day Four of Lockdown

My second day holiday.

We actually slept in this morning ( well slept in after I got up for a pee at 6).  Tooli brought us a cup of tea in bed.  How luxurious.

I decided that today I would be productive, and I was  - i answered a couple of work emails, gave instructions and then painted the inside of Cosmo cottage.

It was cold.  Scotland does not have the joyous sunshine which everyone else appears to have.  I wanted it done, and it's done.  Tomorrow - the floor.   And maybe the outside.  Depending on the weather.

At 3pm our local florist put out a notice that she was leaving flowers outside for collection. She can't keep them all, and can't bring herself to throw them away.  So we took our 20 minutes exercise and grabbed some, and dropped some off at Grans.

Eilidh left them on the doorstep and ran back 3 metres,  We shouted hellos and how are yous and then left.... Explaining to Gran that "No we weren't coming in to see if there was anything in her cupboards we wanted..... Erm.  Social Distancing Gran... Keep back!!

Spoke to someone last night who has Covid-19.  I was heartened to hear how they were getting on, and getting through it.   Paracetamol and keeping hydrated does appear to help.  So please remember that.

Apparently Bo-Jo has it now, which means, lets be honest, everyone in the cabinet has it.    I'm seriously considering this is an engineered thing, by Mother Nature.

Today's picture.  The latest of our seedlings and my Coriander which I saved from a Morrison's "Live Coriander" bag.

The hole thing died, apart from one little leaf.   I nurtured that leaf. and now, I have almost a whole plant.

And all the peas behind.  We ddn't have much joy with the first planting of peas - but these are far more successful.
