Flower pot man - Friday

Flobber Lob!
A different twist for flower Friday as you had quite a few of my garden flowers earlier in the week.
Following our new routine we set off after breakfast for our morning exercise walk. Up above Mooredge (the houses you can see up in the thumbnail at the centre of the shot) into Badger Woods and then on to Harden Moor. Lovely and sunny again but cooler when we got onto the exposed moor.
To get there we took the path that skirts around this house overlooking the village. It’s unusual as you walk around the outside of the hedge but inside the outer fence and wall. The wall has some lovely stone pineapple ornaments but two seem to have been replaced by Bill and Ben the flowerpot men!

A good walk and again nice to be out, especially in the sunny woods.

Later Chris finally cut the grass, he was worried about disposing of the cuttings  but we have designated an area at the back of the garden for some and there is also a notice in the village saying that there will ill be a skip in the centre of the village, for a couple of days, for items people would normally take to the household tip. Don’t know how frequently they will do this but it's a relief as we do get a large amount of garden waste. ( Chris and some of his set building friends spend a lot of time at the tip!)
I went out to do a bit more gardening but came in after an hour as, though still sunny, it was distinctly chilly. Good to see neighbours and have a distant chat.

Last night it was amazing to be part of the tribute to the NHS. We stood at the bottom of our drive to applaud them all together with many if our neighbours. Very moving, hope they can all stay safe. 
Friday again though it’s really hard to know what day it is. Take care blippers and stay safe too.
