It's Flower Friday again. And how good it is to be able to appreciate some of the great things around us. Life for me at the moment is a long way from where I would wish it to be, but I am well , I have food, flowers and some sunshine to be grateful for. 
Off to work for a bit now - to see a lady who is at risk of ulceration and, were I not able/willing to see her, would land up needing the services of our very stretched NHS.
