Focus

I started doing Zentangles again. I have done them in the past but only briefly, never reached a point of trying different colors or even black tiles. They are a wonderful way to lose myself, a sort of meditation. Different from shooting my bow, reading or even putting puzzles together. With a zen tile I can lose myself in each stroke of the pen, it amazes me the time they take. I'm by no means an artist with pen and paper and with these I don't have to be, these are mine - never to be judged. The bits I find imperfect become perfect because you simply let it happen. In this forced down time the Zentangles have been a comforting distraction.
