Rabbit And Fox

We saw Reynard's brush disappearing into the bushes as we walked around the lake yesterday. This morning a rabbit bounded past us. We soon spotted the reason, old Reynard was on the prowl again. I crouched down next to Ollie dog, who showed admirable restraint, and got the above shot.

This evening Ollie and I went out to our gate at eight o'clock. We haven't any close neighbours. I started clapping for our wonderful NHS and it was quite moving to hear people whooping and hollering in the distance and letting off fireworks.
