Take a Break

My work home screen when I logged on this morning. Sound advice.

These on-line Teams meetings are a whole new ballgame. Everyone in mufti, and everyone’s “space” interesting. But it also requires a lot of concentration - tired by the end of the day. It’s been busy on- line at Salford CC.

Away from the screen - niece J rescued us with two bags of shopping (extra). I had a video call with Mum and Dad via their carer. And we joined the clapathon for the NHS at 8pm. Pretty moving.

It’s only Day 3. I have to recall what Chris Whitty, the Chief Medical Officer to the government, has said. This is going to be a marathon, not a sprint.
