SELF-ISOLATING SNAIL

This tiny creature had found somewhere beautiful to isolate itself.

I'm completely stressed and anxious about Mum whose landline isn't working and who hasn't received her next month's supply of medication from her pharmacy, which she needs to start tomorrow. After spending two hours with TalkTalk (one hour on hold) I finally booked an engineer's call on Monday morning, via recorded messages. Tomorrow I'll try to get through to a human being to see whether they can bring it forward - they know she's a priority. As for the medication, the pharmacy told me this morning it would be delivered as usual this afternoon or tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed. I'm trying to stay calm, and I could completely cope if it was just me, but I'm sure lots of other people have equally distressing problems, if not worse. Clapping helped to get rid of some tension.
