To get my allowed daily exercise walked the usual Thursday walk with R - instead of the the ladies - at a later time of 7.30am - passing by Coppice Pond

Afternoon spent doing more gardening

At 8pm - along with neighbouring folk - stepped outside - to give a round of applause for the NHS workers - part of a nation wide appreciation for the work they do in these difficult times
