Pond reflections day 2
Another beautiful sunny day and time spent out in the garden. A chilly easterly wind ensured we didn’t stay out too long. Lock down in Guernsey seems to be going well with few people around. The community is pulling together and helping each other.
A walk along the road this afternoon we saw these reflections in a neighbors pond. It’s very remote from his house and borders the pathway onto the cliffs.
Our son brought a few bags of shopping for us and it was nice to see him briefly, even if he didn’t come in. He is being very strict not to come close and left the shopping by the gate.
We noticed the tadpoles have hatched and some more frog spawn has been left. We gave some frog spawn to our son as the children enjoy watching the development and they have recently created a wildlife pond.
