Springtime?

Its possible that Spring is really coming -- today was in the 60's but March is a trickey month.

Looking across the Hudson River @ the Goldman Sachs Tower in Jersey City. They are just finishing their New York Headquarters across the street from the WTC site. 2 skyscrapers built by this company within the past decade, they better not have the nerve to ask for a bailout.
