The Migraine Ear Worm...

So the migraine. Although there generally isn't a reason for it, I always try, whilst fighting through it, to work out either what caused it or what's prolonging it.

Yesterday, I thought it was Pop Party 10 that was doing it. I had an earworm from Bethany's Pop Party 10 album. I don't even know what the song was called and what the next or previous line was but I was convinced it was not helping my headache.

I had to eradicate it and the only was to do that is to displace it. My phone sitting by the bed playing King Creosote did the trick.
