House arrest - day #6 Home Gym

Last week,  when there were rumours about lock-down,  we ordered a rowing machine as that's one of the main things I use at the gym.

My first intention was to get a second hand one but the prices were almost as much as a new one so I decided to go for a new one.   It was in the nick of time because they stopped taking new orders shortly afterwards.   

It arrived today and I did my first 5km on it which was good.

I looked at prices today and there are several second hand ones on eBay £200 more than I paid for the new one!

It's all a bit surreal because,  apart from the limitation on going out and meeting friends,  everything feels rather normal.
