The Sun Keeps On Rising

Hardly slept last night but in the sleepless time managed to work through a lot of thoughts and determine a survival plan. Got up at dawn; went for a 4 mile run; watched the sun rise; sat down with the banking app and cancelled every possible monthly payment; felt better!
So on with another day!!
