Not today

Over to the nearest small town for a day out with a friend. It's clear underfoot,thanks to the council's generous sprinkling of salt,but snow lingers in lots of places. This would be a functioning sundial in the summer,but today this refugee from Easter Island is blissfully unaware of what the time is. Must come back on a sunny day to see it actually working.
