Taking A Fresh Look At Things

Out for our daily exercise this morning and, unlike yesterday, awake enough to notice how different things are already, how much quieter the world is and how, being limited in the time you can spend outdoors, you notice and appreciate things more: the birdsong, the smell of cut grass, scenes like this one, right on the edge of a housing estate but looking completely rural.

I've been kept busy today, baking bread and starting the process of claiming on our insurance for the cost of our return. Impossible to get through on the phones they were so busy, so I had to start the process on line.

Downloaded all the holiday photos so hopefully tomorrow I can sart editing and filling in all the gaps in my blips the last few weeks.
