Little Linton...
Lockdown day 2...
Since we're allowed out for a walk to get some exercise I went over to Little Linton and took my 5 x 4 camera and all the bits needed to get a photo. On these days when time is very much on our hands large format film is great. It takes (me at least) a lot of time setting up and fiddling to get the image.
This is the base of a poplar tree that has been cut back beside the path to the river. Part of a plantation that has long gone by its best, I believe they were planted for making into matches but now aren't needed in the quantities they once were.
