Before the shutters came down

I spoke with my boss on Monday about going to London and decided after the Prime Minister spoke that evening to try to squeak in before the shutters came down. At the crack of dawn I took a black cab to Waverley (completely isolated in the back), got a train to London (and was the only person in the entire carriage) and then a black cab (totally isolated) to Tim's flat. It was the easiest, probably safest journey I’ve ever undertaken.

I can imagine some may think me irresponsible but I don’t have any symptoms, have travelled in isolation as much as one can, and now absolutely will follow the advice to stay at home. I feel 100% better being here with Tim – I was missing him and human connection so very much. I'm already more productive, rested and more at ease.

I hope you are all well.
