Sunny delight

The sun and frost at 6.30am tempted me to walk further.  I tripled the distance I did yesterday and struggled a bit in the middle.  Note to self - increase the distance by smaller amount each day.
Met a man with 6 assorted dogs, all different breeds and none on a lead - but all perfectly behaved.
The bird song was glorious and another day spending some time sitting in the garden.
Slow cooker casserole smelling delicious already.
