It’s everywhere

We are all dealing with this virus.
Can’t get away from it.

I worked this morning.
My company is in high demand at the moment. Lots of staff are unable to work though. Some are ill( no virus cases yet), and others are now having to stay home with their children as schools have closed.
I’m happy to still go to homes and do essential cares. I have gloves, , aprons and I just found 5 face masks at a chemist!! Felt like I’d found gold!!

But there is a general feeling of uncertainty and a bit of fear.

I’m going to make sure I get out and go for a walk each day, dogs are good for that!
Also have lots of sorting and tidying to do around the house.

I started this afternoon with a box of photos that needed looking through. Found some that made me feel bit emotional.


One of me and Dad, one of our old dog Minnie, one of Ella and camera, and one of a letter she wrote to my mum on the first Christmas after mum died suddenly.

New Zealand goes into total lock down at midnight.
