No Covid 19
The tag for weight gain during this time of staying home is the covid 19, similar to the freshman 15 for college students. I hope to avoid the weight gain while enjoying baking. Macarons turned out great the other day as did the angel food cake with homemade frozen custard.
I have also been working on sourdough bread starter. I put the discard in the refrigerator every day so now have found some recipes that take advantage of the inactive excess. Today's choice is sourdough cinnamon crumb muffins. Very delicious.
So, I will need to keep walking Miya and working out upstairs.
