Tufted Titmouse

The feeders were quite busy this morning after receiving 8-10” of snow overnight. I was so pleased to see this titmouse perched on a branch for a few minutes. He was trying to crack open a sunflower seed but seemed to enjoy the warmth of the sun more. The day warmed up nicely to about 40F and the rest of the week looks to be the same. Bye-bye, snow!! Our Governor implemented more restrictions today as our positive cases continue to rise. More in hospital, too, but no deaths. My friend mentioned previously is also recovering, and it appears she did not have the dreaded virus. We’re so relieved. Let’s keep our chins up!
