The final blooms

This amaryllis had two stems each with four large flowers. Unfortunately both stems flowered at the same height although a few weeks apart .... but once the second group started to open they got a bit squashed until the first group started to wither. I have removed them to allow the final group to have some space.

I have set myself two activities for each day .... one will always be a walk and the other one today was to make soup. Chatting on the phone is an extra bonus.
